Return and Refund Conditions

At Sareen, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer return, exchange, or refund services under specific conditions as outlined below.
✅ Eligible for Return/Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

You received a defective, damaged, or wrong product.

You received a different size or design than what was ordered.
❌ Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

Sarees purchased during sales, discounts, or clearance.

Sarees that are used, washed, or altered.

Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings.
📋 Return Conditions

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

A video of parcel opening is preferred in case of damage claims.

The customer must inform us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery if there is any issue.
🔄 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verifying your details.
