Return and Refund Conditions

At Sareen, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer return, exchange, or refund services under specific conditions as outlined below.

Eligible for Return/Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or wrong product.

  • You received a different size or design than what was ordered.

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Sarees purchased during sales, discounts, or clearance.

  • Sarees that are used, washed, or altered.

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings.

📋 Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • A video of parcel opening is preferred in case of damage claims.

  • The customer must inform us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery if there is any issue.

🔄 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verifying your details.
